Japanese Traditional Sweets Wagashi Hydrangea


i made Japanese traditional sweets Wagashi Uchimono;)
it consists of sugar and grain powder,and sometimes,they are called wasanbon or rakugan.

this time,i made hydrangea shaped utimono/utigashi,it tastes mild sweet,and goes with matcha(green tea) and coffee.

100g sugar
food color blue
mizinko(kind of mochi powder)
syrup(consists of water and starch syrup)
